Define Hardware Testing Procedure

Several companies have no previous experience in custom hardware development; we help them not only design custom hardware but also guide them and design hardware testing procedures so that they can ensure their hardware works reliably and has all the protections for harsh field operation.

Prototyping and Testing

We offer prototyping and hardware testing services for custom hardware designs to ensure that the hardware meets the product’s functional, performance, and reliability requirements. We have an in-house state-of-the-art hardware testing lab with all testing equipment, such as precision digital multimeters, Digital power supplies, electronic DC loads, oscilloscopes, Digital logic Analyzers, PCB Microscopes, etc. Once the prototype arrives, we do block-level testing and note the results. Block-level testing ensures we can check the detailed performance of a particular hardware block before moving on to the overall hardware design.

Teardown as a service

We offer a teardown service, in which we will do a detailed hardware teardown and give a detailed report on the components, BoM cost, advantages, limitations, comparison of various competition devices, etc.
