Privacy Policy:
We don’t sell personal data collected to any third party, which is collected on our Contact Us or payment forms. Please don’t share any sensitive information in the Contact Us form.
Shipping/Delivery
We ship the material the same day or the next day after receiving payment. Customers should get the product within a minimum of 2-3 working days, and, on some rare occasions due to logistic issues, customers may get the product in Max. 10 working days.
If stock is unavailable, we will inform the buyer, and if required or asked for, we will return the money collected(100%) within 1-2 working days.
For Software Services, we will deliver the service within the timelines as per the contract we have with the customer, which will be discussed and agreed upon before making a payment. Please do not pay for any services before discussing with CAPUF Embedded.
Delivery
We will use any available delivery partners to send the products safely, for example, Shree Maruthi Courier, DTDC, GATI, BlueDart, Etc.
Refund
We have a free 14-day refund policy if the goods received are not of good quality. Customers need to inform us at info@capuf.in about the issue, provide a picture if required, and, upon confirmation from CAPUF embedded, send the product to the company’s registered address. Only manufacturing defects are covered under the refund policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. The company will not refund any amount. The company will allow the customer to buy another product or service at an equivalent cost.
Product Pricing
Our product Pricing is fixed and is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is/will be as mentioned on the product page.
We offer discounts to our returning customers from time to time.
